1. Seller Information

You are contracting with Chebda Group LLC. All payments for the Service are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Product Description

The Get CLOSER System is a digital, evergreen marriage reconnection system that includes devotionals, date ideas, conversation prompts, instrumental music, and progress-tracking tools. Content is delivered digitally through your account after purchase.

4. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information current.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or transmit harmful code

6. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees. Pricing is displayed at checkout and is subject to change with notice. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and software included in the Service are owned by Chebda Group LLC or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Service Level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
